Honestly life changing. I have been struggling terribly with bloating, regardless of what or when I am eating. My stomach has been so bloated that it’s rock hard and so distended I couldn’t even take a full breath. I looked pregnant! This supplement started getting my gut moving by greater and greater degrees, and I have stopped being so bloated! I am so glad I did this instead of antibiotics for what we believe is SIBO.

This seems to work.The capsules are big but just use water to help.The smell is ok, nothing bad really.The only thing is that the details shows it’s vegan friendly but the ingredient for the capsule isn’t.Note the pictures.
