So excited. Found an old Whispermill at an estate sale but it was missing the canister. This fit perfectly.

More stiff than the original one I've had for years until the connecting piece broke where it connects into the lid. The container is of a stiffer plastic also so I hope it holds up. It is functioning well so far. The mixer is goes to makes some noise, but it's not overly loud for a grinder.

it is great to be able to double the capacity of my flour mill run. i did have an issue with the lid popping open under the air pressure produced by the mill but i just keep an eye on it
