Goes everywhere with me really good device with a lot of power

This fan looks very cute & for it's size it is very powerful.This, however, is where the similarities in the description stop. I've found the description.Yes the battery is rechargeable, but if I am needing to use this fan for say 30 minutes or more, the battery will not last.To be able to use it for longer than 30 minutes it HAS to be plugged in/on constant charge,otherwise it just doesn't have any strength & will run down.Having to have the fan constantly charging causes a different issue.The fan becomes top heavy (as the charging port is at the top), this makes the fan unstable, and it constantly falls over..... If the base provided was larger and weighted then this could/would stop this from happening.The base provided is a great idea. It is wedged so of you spin the fan around in it, you can get your fan angled differently. Simply but very effective.The base just needs to be weighted to stop the fan from constantly toppling over.This happens to be the SMALLEST fan I've ever bought, But for some reason it happens to be the LOUDEST fan I've ever had. It states that this is a Powerful & Quiet fan. The Powerful part is correct, but the Quiet is not. While using this in it's 'hand-held mode' you don't notice the noise 'as much'. It's only once you pop the fan in to it's base and then on to a surface that you REALLY notice how NOISY this fan is. Even when you try &fail to 'dampen down' the noise vibrations by putting layers,upon layers of different materials/cloths underneath the fans base.
