I was having neck pain and headaches on a nightly or early morning basis and was trying to keep the pain down with regular aspirin and/or tylenol. I have arthritis in my neck, so it was really affecting my sleep and I had many sleepless nights for months. I started taking this on Dec 16th and it's been quite remarkable in relieving pain and helping me to sleep. I am ordering more now - it's been such a relief to find something that I only have to take 2 x's a day. No more aspirin or tylenol or any other pain medication! Yaaa!

Big tabs. Was not sure how effective it was for neuropathy. On Gabapentin. When stopped, realized it has been more effective than thought. I think its effectiveness depends on the degree of nerve pain. Worthwhile

I take this for nerve pain. It helps, but only after taking for a few weeks and only a little bit, but when your in pain, any relief is very welcome. There was a scary moment when Amazon ran out of this item and I searched and started to buy it directly from the manufacturer. It's a little less expensive that way, but only by pennies. I hope Amazon keeps this supplement in stock!

I have sever degenerative disease in my lumbar area. I have a lot of pain in my left hip and down my leg, so sever I can’t even lift my leg to take a step when the pain begins. My brother told me about ComfortMaxI have been taking it for 4 or 5 weeks and I have very little pain if any. I ran out and it took almost 2 weeks before I could get anymore and the pain came back. so I make sure I don’t run out anymore. Very happy with the product.

I have a back desease with multiple herniated discs and slipped discs. I have suffered from extreme pain. This has reduced my pain a lot. I went from a 10 out of 10 pain to about a 4 out of 10. This works better than pain killers. It takes a week or 2 to work. Inflammation is reduced to where I can move my neck again. I hope this works as well for anyone that tries it as much as it does for me. My doctor recommended it so I figured I'd give it a try. After seeing the bad reviews I almost didn't get it. Some people are hypochondriacs and it's all mental. I actually have back pain... This stuff works...

I thought this would help my occipital neuralgia at night but I didn’t feel any difference after a couple of months. Plus it had the opposite effect on me at night; about an hour after I fell asleep I would wake up with a jolt and wouldn’t be able to go back to sleep for at least an hour afterward. I couldn’t figure out what it was but started experimenting with taking this out, adding it back in, and I was able to determine that whatever is in the nighttime blue pill was causing it.
