Excellent Showerhead
This shower head is amazing! Definitely not a water saver! The amount of water that comes out is great. Makes for an awesome and quick shower.

Mostly does what it says, but the description could be clearer and I doubt its longevity
I thought the button on the back would turn on and off the flow of water. It doesn't - it only releases the clamp, allowing you to reposition or remove the head. That could definitely be better demonstrated in the pictures. The biggest advantage of this product is it stays pointing where you set it even if you hit the hose or push the head. The biggest disadvantage may be when someone uses your shower without knowing how it works. They might not understand they need to push the button. If they try to change the angle without pushing the button, they can put some major torque on your pipe and mount.Other disadvantages: It still allows some flow of water when set to the 'off' mode, and even the most diffuse mode (other than the mist) is still pretty intense and directed.I think it looks great, but at the same time, it seems to be mostly plastic. I am not surprised to see reviews where people dropped it and it broke.

Finicky install, initial leak, ok now?
When I first installed this, I didn’t use the extra aerator washer between the arm attachment and the shower arm, as there would not have been enough thread left exposed in order to screw it on. When I installed the attachment onto the shower arm, I hand-tightened it first and carefully finished it off with channel-lock pliers, getting it fairly tight. Even though the instructions say that you don’t need the included Teflon tape, I applied it to all connections anyway for good measure. When I turned it on to test, it leaked from both connections on the shower arm attachment. Not willing to give up just yet, I uninstalled it, removed the Teflon tape from all connections, then reinstalled it. After all, the instructions state that the tape is not required. This time, I just hand-tightened everything. I figured that maybe I had it too tight before, as the washer in the connection to the shower arm seemed a little warped when I removed it. When I tested this time, the connection to the hose was fine, but a huge leak shot up to the ceiling from the connection to the shower arm! So, I tightened the attachment further by hand, this time grabbing the whole assembly (instead of just the nut) and giving it another full turn. Once I did this, the leak disappeared. Now, you’d think at this point I’d leave well enough alone; but, I couldn’t get the extra aerator washer out of my mind. The video of the installation used it and made it look so easy to install. Was the initial leak a result of not installing it? Maybe installing it had pushed the existing washer down far enough to make room for the aerator now? I decided to uninstall it again and see if it would fit. Nope - still no room for both the normal washer and the aerator one. Interestingly, upon removal, I noticed that the normal washer did not come off with the attachment. It had actually been pushed into the shower arm, and a little sliver of it had been sliced off around the edge. Given this, I decided to just remove it and use the aerator washer instead as it was a little thicker. I reinstalled it, hand-tightening it as before with the extra turn, and once again it doesn’t leak.At this point, I’ll proceed while keeping an eye on it to see what happens after some use. One can’t expect these plastic parts to have the same quality as the metal ones. Even the name brand Moen Engage Magnetix reportedly has issues with its non-metal shower arm attachment, and you can get a metal version of that very attachment for a much higher price. It is what it is. We’ll see how it goes.

Amazing filtered shower; great pressure
The high pressure is fantastic, delivering a powerful yet comfortable stream, even with low water pressure in my home. The 7 different spray modes provide great versatility—whether I want a gentle mist or a strong massage, this showerhead has it all.The built-in filter is a huge bonus, as it helps purify the water, leaving my skin and hair feeling softer and less dry after each shower. The handheld feature and long hose make it super convenient for cleaning hard-to-reach areas and for rinsing off.

Not the same quality as others from this brand
The media could not be loaded. I have purchased other filtered shower heads from this brand in the past that I LOVED but I put them in my kids' showers so I needed 2 for my shower. The water in my city has high chlorine content, so the steam from our shower burns my eyes. The previous shower heads did great with filtering the chlorine out.I installed these new ones in February 2025, so about 2.5 months ago. They are NOTHING like the previous ones I purchased. The filtration is terrible, the water quality is awful, my eyes still BURN badly from the chlorine. The holes where the water sprays out are clogging up with what looks like rust, causing the water to spray in all different directions and some to just drip water out. I wish this shower head was like the 2 previous ones I purchased 😭UPDATE: attempted to change the beads to see if it would help. I can't get the stupid plastic thing out of the handle to change the beads!!!!!! (Photo added) if I could give this zero stars I would!

Lightweight but sturdy
I am pleasantly surprised. The shower head and handle are plastic, but feel sturdy. The spray selecting mechanism is smooth and has a nice click when you engage each different setting. The ball and socket mechanism is secure and very easy to use. The hose is metal and feels flexible and strong. All great features at this price point. Some tips. Because the shower arm mount attaches to the back of the shower head, it can be difficult to angle the water downwards. Get a 10 inch shower arm so that there is plenty of room to tilt the handle backwards. If the handle is tilted backwards, the hose hanging down from the mount will get in the way. Put a small hook on the shower arm to help keep the handle unobstructed.
