Great laptop
I got this on a black Friday deal for round £240 and I think that is excellent value for money . It arrived very quickly and well packed . I'm not a heavy computer user so this suits for me . Its quick and does everything I need . Screen quality is good easy to read and angle . It doesn't have a card reader so i bought one ( about £10 ) which works fine . I use it mainly for web browsing , Skype and Youtube . I often have many screens open and it has no problem with that . It is very quick to start up . It came in Windows 11 S mode but this was easy to change ( assuming you want to ) . Note there is no ethernet connection . It has good connections USB 2 and 3.2 and USB C plus HDMI ..It has a slot for headphones or speakers . Overall I'm very pleased with it especially at the price . Price on here does seem to vary a fair bit , so keep an eye out and well worth it for decent money .

Perfect 👍
Perfect I was replacing my old laptop and wanted the same make, as it proved to be good and long lasting, so I purchased this one on the black Fri deals, it was amazing value (£399) with ample storage space, ideal for business or personal use, very easy to set up and use, also easy to transfer your data from your old laptop simple to connect to WiFi light weight and a great size, easy to grab and go if needed. I'm very pleased with my purchase and delivery was next day. I use for both business and personal use and have found it to be perfect.

Great laptop for my needs, few peeves though
I had to buy a new windows laptop to run some programs that won't work with Mac. I only needed something decently priced with fair specs, and this has been a great choice. Setup was easy (although it's been a while since I used Windows, there's a lot more steps to set up with now that slightly irritated me, but hey that's Windows). It didn't take the full 3 hours to fully charge the battery like it suggested in the manual, but I still left it plugged in. Life on the battery is decent, can't complain. I don't need a long life battery for hours and hours, so this suits my needs. As someone else mentioned, the screen is difficult to see from certain angles. For me, where it is on my desk to control my desktop laser machine, I had to buy a riser to sit it on and even then, I have to bend down to be eye level to see the screen clearly. I had to change the cursor color because it's hard to see unless you are directly in eyeline of the screen (and with goggles on it's even harder) - a small and fixable issue but I still wanted to mention it. I downloaded Steam (as someone who has an imac, it was a perk to be able to finally have a choice of all the games on there) and tried to set up my spare PS4 controller, however it just doesn't seem to want to work right. Whether that's an issue with this windows, or another issue entirely I don't know, but that's disappointing as I'm still trying to figure it out, and no amount of calibrating seems to work. So I haven't even been able to assess the game quality on this new laptop yet. I guess I'll just use the keyboard. But, bth, I didn't buy it for gaming, and it works well for its intended use. I got it in the Black Friday sales so the price was great.

Great laptop for budget.
Great laptop FOR BUDGET ( processor , RAM , screen...) Any problem after 1 week. Needs an update, but it's fast and easy to do. I recommend cleaning as much as possible from useless apps and tools ( personal preference ). Blue is a great color (I had doubts before buying it).

absolute garbage
had this around 4 months its already having issues with the CPU lagging even on Spotify and YouTube brought for low level music production and this thing has a panic attack on Spotify unfortunately its not goof for anything bar watching tv etc as it runs so poorly if i run music production software and listen to a track while i work this laptop goes into meltdown, if you are looking at this for work id steer clear and invest a little more in something actually capable of doing more than social browsing. update a couple of moths on the laptop is so slow it struggles to turn on and when I upload a background the laptop gets amnesia after a reboot and wipes all the changes steer clear and invest in something better as this is not good. plus whoever designed the cooling for this laptop must be a right melt excuse the pun as all the cooling vents are on the bottom with tiny little feet to prop it up so if you use this on your lap a sofa its most likely going to get super hot or overheat it doesn't take a genius to make a decent cooling system. most recent update the wifi card is already failing disables its self constantly the laptop barely functions considering this is a modern day laptop it probably runs worse than laptops years ago im already looking at replacing this avoid if you want a decent product

So far so good
I'm giving it 5 stars for how it's been since I received it on 05/12/25 Looks the busines, big screen, Matt finish. Sturdy feel. Keys a bit hard and clunky... But not a problem for me as it's set up a to extend to a monitor. So far so good easy connection, with hdmi. Bought it for widows 11 to work with Microsoft word. Have a MacBook which is smooth but doesn't work well with Microsoft word and other pc applications. As a writer this was a much needed buy. Price is decent for the specs. If you want a laptop to travel with I wouldn't recommend. Main let down, for the size there should be an ethernet port, bring it back 😞 I will review again in couple of months 😀
