I bought it mid-January and started taking it every day. Yeah, I was sceptical — but a couple of weeks in, I noticed I wasn't getting cravings much at all. I wanted to give this supplement a chance for a few weeks to see if it helped me. I've struggled to commit to sobriety for periods of time and I was recommended this product by a friend. I was skeptical at first but found that with consistency that my cravings reduced and energy levels increased. I felt an overall improvement in my wellbeing supported by taking this supplement. Firstly, I rarely write reviews, as I don't review Sainsburys when I go shopping, here goes. I was sceptical when purchasing this product thinking, how does it work etc, however after taking the supplement for 2 weeks, my alcohol consumption has more than halved. There have been several times when I have poured a glass of wine, then poured it down the sink as I didn't want it .. the wine witch is now falling off my shoulder, and I have high hopes that the cumulative effect of taking this supplement may make her fall off altogether and I can live a life not listening to her constant chatter !! I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to cut down, I have no idea if it will stop you completely as I am only a few weeks in, however I intend to continue with it to see if that will eventually happen. Yes the cost is high, but when compared to a high alcohol consumption, is it, if it works for you?

This product has helped me focus on cutting down drinking .Now drinking moderately at weekends only with the view to stopping for a few months .Has given me a relaxed feeling of well being with no hangovers .
