These really helped me when I was coming down with what I thought was going to be a very bad " cold ". Right away I started feeling better, dpre throat eased than cough got better. They do taste pretty good as well.

Good immune support and not super expensive. If you can handle how bad they taste I think they will help a lot during the cold and flu season. They just taste so bad, I'm thinking its the mix of honey and elderberry. I'd be okay with it if they dissolved quicker too but they last a really long time honestly. Wish me luck finishing this package.
