Amazing fireplace! I looked for a long time to find something with realistic flame. This is very real looking and the fireplace case is beautiful and was easy to put together. The heat blower works well to warm the room. I’m still figuring out the timer and remote control but it is very nice. Directions are a little hard for me to follow. I’m really very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend. Great value.

Comes in 2 boxes. Assembly fairly easy. One detail in build to directions is backwards, but it's easy to see and fix. Works wonderfully! Pretty, sets a cozt mood, not too loud, great temperature settings and fan levels. My only wish to make this 100% is if the remote screen was backlit, so you can see what you're doing easier. Otherwise, great buy!

Great quality and it comes together easy. Best to have 2 people and it will take about 45 min. I was worried about the seams showing but ours looks seamless. The pictures on Amazon do not do it justice. It is quiet with a great flame and the heater does not heat up the whole box so that's nice. We were able to put our frame TV box inside with no problem. This is not partical board and the finish is solid matte lacquer and easy to clean. Needed a fireplace tall enough to not look cheap and this one is perfect.

Once this beauty has been put together, it is the smacking image of the picture shown on its product page. Be assured there is no deception when you see the finished product. It took me three days to search for a fireplace. Originally, I had brought one from Wayfair back in October 2022 (just didn't make the mark to give the look I expected). So, I was back on the prowl for something stunning and attractive. When this beauty appeared among the search, it immediately put a halt to the scouting. I knew this was it and the search was over! I grabbed the purchase right away. So, pleased that I did 'cause it is definitely a conversational piece. I love the crackling sound, the moon light feature, and the many levels of warmth that it gives off, along with it's marble look appearance. It's everything a person can imagine when seeking out a fireplace. I just have to pat myself on the back for finding this jewel. I love everything about this magnificent beauty. Yes, it does come as two separate mailings. One is the fireplace itself, and the other is the mantel cabinet the fireplace goes in. Initially, there was a minor hiccup. But, that vanished once I made contact with the Customer Service Dept. In their description of this product, they didn't lie. Their attention to satisfy the customer is awesome. They are swift to respond and their actions speaks to the statement: "We aim to please." No doubt they take on the role of customer service seriously. Kudos, to Kent on the way he interacts with his customers. This company, their products, and services are the tops on my buying list. If you are reading this review, you must be looking to make a Fireplace Purchase. Stop looking! You found the right marketplace to make that purchase. Their product and service can't be beat! Note: I made numerous attempts to try and post the finished picture. After taking pictures with my camera, it wouldn't go to my email so I could retrieve for posting. That only means you'll have to buy your own (fireplace) and see this jewel in all it's beauty in living color. To the folks at Legend Flame 🔥 keep doing what you do. I love this fireplace. It took me about 1hr to put together! The material is very durable! I love the look! Its beautiful and throws off good heat!

Although it is an electric flame, it is realistic and emits the right amount of heat. Easy to use with the remote and the outline lights give a nice ambience in the room. A friend helped me with the assembly and took a couple hours. The crackling sounds are realistic and can be turned off. I chose the white with the marble look and it is very pretty. I recommend this fireplace.

I contacted the seller to get the correct connections to enable the lights to turn on. I’m not sure why this company would send a product with different connections that are not compatible.

So happy with this choice. It’s gorgeous and functional. Visitors thought it was built with the house.
