I bought this to make yogurt, in my new yogurt maker (Ultimate Health) and it did an excellent job. Good consistency and taste.

My sisters and I found a great recipe online to make homemade yogurt. It’s been amazing and the yogurt is delicious! It’s more healthy than commercial yogurt. If someone needs probiotics in their yogurt, they’d have to eat a lot of it every day. With our SIBO yogurt with the healthy probiotics I bought, we only need one half cup per day. Less stomach upset, less heartburn, more comfort! Best choice I ever made.

This product has helped me tremendously. Belly fat decreasing . Digestion amazing. These two probiotics have shown results in helping with belly fat especially for women.

If this product is giving you stomach issues Try this , get some coffee or tea made with chicory root and drink that in the morning without food See 👀 if it effects you , you may have a food allergy to it as I do Lol , I didn't notice it in the ingredients until later But, if you don't have the allergy this stuff works , even though I can't use it when I did despite the issues 🙃 it worked, yup I hope they make a batch without the chicory Thanks Have a great day

NOTHING UNWANTED added… Only what you want in a capsule… this contains a capsule in a capsule so that this highly desirable probiotic actually reaches your gut. After much research (as usual) for the cleanest product at the best price, I highly recommend this product in particular for superior health benefits. I have 175 subscriptions, although I certainly cannot afford to fulfill all of them or need all of them every month. I am just suggesting getting subscriptions to take advantage of discounts while enjoying the best products without any added ingredients, stearates (lubricants which reduce your absorbency rate up to 67%!), silicon dioxide, Rice powder, rice flour, rice starch, potato starch, tapioca starch or any other forms of sugars or sugar derivatives, such as dextrose, maltodextrin, and many others which elevate your glucose levels.

I think this is probably a good product, but it is not working well for my intended purpose, that is why I gave it 3 stars. I wanted to use the powder in the capsule to make yogurt, but it sinks to the bottom of the jar pretty much right away. It will not stay in suspension and work as the culture for the yogurt. Otherwise it is good that is has an acid resistance capsule and getting both L Gasseri and L Reuteri in one product is great.

I used to have the absolute worst pain in my stomach when I woke up in the morning and it stopped after I started taking this supplement. Thank God, now I can sleep in again. :)
