Q: Can these be set-up on iOS & android and stream music and phone calls?

Sony | Hearing Control app, which is used to set up the Sony CRE-C10 OTC hearing aids, is compatible with Apple iOS 15 or higher or Android OS 11 or higher devices. Streaming of media or phone call audio (iOS only) is only supported by Sony CRE-E10

The Sony | Hearing Control app is used to set up the Sony OTC hearing aids. A Hearing Profile Check, is completed so the devices and app can set initial settings. After that, you can additionally customize your sound level and quality in the app.

No. The Sony CRE-C10 OTC hearing aids use a disposable, size 10 zinc air battery that delivers up to 70 hours of continuous use. The Sony CRE-E10 OTC hearing aids with the wireless charging case, allows power with up to 26 hours of continuous use.
