Sika Stixall – Extreme Power Sealant And Adhesive – Waterproof – Grey – 290ml

This did the job much better than cheaper alternatives. I bought it to hold a garage door seal to the cement floor of the garage. Its fixed firmly and no rain has run under the seal.

I keep purchasing this waterproof sealant, so handy for jobs. Just used it to stick the black rubber matting to the garage floor.

Absolutely fantastic sealer and bond, 4 foot piece of Checkerplate fixed in place. Good job I need to use it straight away as Sika says the shelf life is only 12 months from date of manufacture, which gives it 21 days left. 5 stars for Sika 3 stars for Amazon BUT at least Amazon had it in stock unlike every single other place I looked, who only seem to stock white.

Easy to work with, can be messy, so tape off areas well. Goes off quickly so finish with wet finger /etc quickly. Great value. from amazon with prime and very fast delivery

Bought to stick a set of 4 rubber car ramps together. Did the job as intended.

Got this to patch my garage flat roof and guttering , its messy stuff but it seems to have sealed the joints where the leak was, its a strong adhesive. Don't squeeze out big amounts just small amounts at a time, and try not to let it go solid inside the nozzle, I always leave some extra squeezed out at the end of the nozzle then just break it off next time i need to use it.

Great product to use for holding and quick drying but mine didn’t come with nozzle so it made it hard to use. I ended up just using a paint brush after applying little by little because I was in a time crunch and couldn’t find this at any stores. If it came with the nozzle I would have given 5 stars
