I’ve been very pleased with the UniSUC Incontinence Device. What I appreciate most is that I can place it easily, without having to maneuver my dad's private parts through a plastic hole- like i had to with the male purewick. This makes the process much more comfortable for both of us. The design is practical — it stays in place when secured with a diaper, helps keep everything dry, and I like that it attaches without any pubic hair having to be shaved off and adhesive holding it in place. (Which was a requirement with the male purewick). On top of that, it’s a fraction of the cost of the purewick, which makes it a much more affordable option for ongoing care. I find placing a booster pad, folded up underneath the device helps a lot for catching any leaks. Overall, my Dad's been staying dry through the night thanks to the UniSUC, I'm VERY pleased with it and consider it the best thing I've purchased for my Dad on my caregiving journey.

I DID'T know beforehand that its vacuum ports have either of TWO sides; one for people who sleep on their right side, The other option vacuum port is for people who sleep on their LEFT side, AS I DO. I CAN NOT use a right-side vacuum port as what Amazon send. I've contacted this UNISUC company several times already seeking a replacement to the LEFT side vacuum port, BOTH in a detailed email, AND, making several phone calls..... This company responds to NEITHER.....SHAME ON THEM for ignoring handicapped very senior citizens!!!!

My mother used the Purewick system but she developed an allergy to the material on the wick. We sae this and the reviews looked promising. When I first opened this, I thought there is no way this is going to work, but it does! It has been a life saver. It did take us two tries to get the hang of out but patience paid off and it has been working well consistently. It is compatible with the Purewick pump which is great. Highly recommend.

Purchased pump and liners for 94 yr old father. Form that holds liner is flexible but it was hard to get appropriate positioning. Created redness in groin or urine escaped. Donated order to a female user.

Is there a NEGATIVE Star? :(This product DOES NOT perform as described. Made of CHEAP plastic and thin gauze. It will NEVER function as described because of flawed design and inferior material. This product should not be allowed sold on this platform.The company does not offer an option fo return or refund. Amazon customer service interceded with a credit to my account.Be warned: A TOTAL waste of money. You will be disappointed.

This item works great. I am so happy with this so much cheaper than the other brand. I wish Amazon would sell an offer the left sided triangle. I have to buy them directly from Unisuc

When I first bought this product, it worked very well. Kept my wife dry at night then all of a sudden it stopped working no matter what I did to try to make it work. It would not so then I thought it was just the frame, but you cannot buy just the frame you have to buy pad wrong with it when I first bought an extra patch. I don’t need any pads please think about you selling the frames a heavier duty frame

Complete failure. The nipple is designed all wrong. Hose will not stay on as attachment point is tapered and slippery.I am using standard Purewick hose.Update: I ordered the UniSUC hose and it fits perfectly. This changes everything about the performance of this unit.Strange that they specify that it is single use and must be tossed after use. I’m not going to spend $20 a day on hoses.
