Well what can I say I recieved the mop head and literally that's all it is no plastic bit on it to screw it into a pole all it has on the mop head is a piece of material going across it can't return it cause it says this item is non returnable what a waste of 6 pound I suppose I could go down on my hands and knees and use my hands to mop the floor. seriously I will never go to this company again what a waste
