It worked excellently. In just over a month, I dropped 50ibs or 23kg, which is just absurd. Losing 14ibs (6kg) would've been great let alone 50. I been on these ever since middle of June 2023 and I have exercise bike sauna suits top and bottoms & a fat burner powder I put in water & drink every night before bed i’ve got on the scales in August this year lost a stone only two more to go I use my bike four times a day for a hour each time I love this product and the others I have are definitely recommend it for anyone as to say I’m disabled so I do a lot of pushing to do what I have to do. I haven’t been on the scale since August but can see the weight loss will get on the scales soon just thought I’d wait a bit longer as only had two stone to lose after August so my hope when I weigh myself is that I lost the two stone till then I’ll keep doing what I am working out eating healthy if I a disabled person can do it anyone can I’m in pain every day so extra pain after workouts doesn’t bother me I push through my pain to get where I need. So honestly if you put in the effort it is possible and with these pills they do have more than anybody thinks I do this because with my terrible palsy, it’s not good to be overweight. It hurts my body more and makes it more difficult to move.

I think the pills are working and that they help with damage control. The pills are best used, in my opinion, on special occasions: at parties or on holidays, when you're off your diet and can't be on diet. They have an interesting effect on my appetite though: You know the way when you eat protein, you stay full for longer? Well, these have the opposite effect. You're hungry quicker and the food you ate won't keep full for the same amount of time. You're able to eat naughty food without piling on weight but in the wrong hands, and with the wrong lifestyle (as in consuming these day in, day out) they could lead to over eating.

I took these as per the instructions. I worked hard exercising regularly. I ate well, REALLY well. Did I lose weight? Yes... would I have lost weight even if I didn't take these? Probably. They're big tablets to take and that took some getting used to and I found they left a slightly unpleasant taste in my mouth after taking them. I had no side effects though which is a bonus. I would probably give them another go to see if they really do continue to help my weight loss journey.
