Faulty, with no obvious way to return.
We're a big fan of LightwaveRF. Every time we update a room we're adding these switches and sockets. Unfortunately, however, on this occasion we have a duff 'un! Having only been installed for about 5 weeks one of the gangs has simply stopped working. Now, I don't know whether I'm missing something, but I can't find anywhere on the Amazon site that allows me to return a faulty item outside of the 30 days returns window. Normally I sing the praises of both LightwaveRF and Amazon but on this occasion I'm disappointed by both!

Big waste of money!
These don't work with dimmbale led strip lights. The LED strip dims but doesn't turn off completely. I am unable to return as I ordered in advance and only just opened to get them fitted. That's a big waste of money!

Needed resetting to get all of the dimming levels to calibrate but doing the job and looks good on the wall
Seems to be working well without any LWRF connectivity at the moment. Needed resetting to get all of the dimming levels to calibrate but doing the job and looks good on the wall.EDIT: been using it about 2 months now and I've had 3 dimmable LED downlighters fail. I'm not sure if I've just been unlucky with the lights but out of a possible 12 it seems a rather high failure rate. Last one to die was a Aurora MPro which looks like a very well built lamp. Starting to wonder if this switch has anything to do with it.

Glitchy
It's very glitchy. Very temperamental and the dimming range is poor. App only controls the lights when it wants. Sometimes is very slow

You need to buy another hub for this to work with Alexa
We bought this with a view to being able to control all lights using Alexa. This is not possible unless you want / are able to spend another £200 on a lightwave hub.We ended up replacing all the bulbs with ones that could link to alexa directly.
