This is one of the best things I’ve bought off Amazon for my room. It’s much better than my box spring and the height is amazing, with that being said there’s so much room underneath the bed for storage (I.e. snacks drinks, shoe boxes seasonal items). It looks so professional and so neat. The support is strong and awesome, my back has been hurting a lot less and it is VERY quiet, I can sit down and not hear a creak or not have to worry about rolling outta bed to loudly at 3 am while the rest of the house is asleep

This bed frame was easy to assemble, my 16-year-old daughter put it together all by herself. It is very sturdy once assembled and allows for great storage under. So do what we did and ditch those box springs because you'll love that you have extra storage.

Daughter loves the frame. Height is perfect with no box spring. Able to assemble in less than 10 minutes. Very pleased with it over all. I would recommend buying some non-slip rubber bottoms to put in the legs if using on hardwood. It does move without them.

Easy enough to put together and plenty strong. Needs something to keep the mattress from sliding. Maybe attaching velcro to and the mattress would work.

Strong and sturdy! It has a great height to be able to store bins under the bed. Easy to put together too!

The media could not be loaded. So sadly this product was manufactured with defects. The support poles fall out and there is a sharp dip where mattress would lay onto it tearing mattress. I took photos to demo issues missing some screws as well! I was highly disappointed and asking for refund or another sent that is in correct shape! I had to put a stirofoam wedge to allow mattress to sit into without destroying it and each time my child sits on the bed the piles fall out and he spends time several time daily putting them back together!!

Easy too assemble. Quality material. This bed frame will last a lifetime.

I'm going to keep my previous post up, since it seems other people have experienced a similar problem and I want future customers to be aware about this possibility when they receive their product, but I have changed my review from 2 to 3 stars. The seller's did reach out shortly after my review, which I appreciated, although there was a slight language barrier and I had to explain myself multiple times in different ways to make sure we were on the same page. Unfortunately, they do not send out individual parts, so my options weren't ideal: I could either receive a whole new package or a full refund.Previous Post: Hoping that writing a review will help me get in contact with the seller because the instructions don't have the seller's contact info, the seller's contact info isn't on the website, and Amazon just wants me to disassemble it and return it for a whole new package, which I don't want to do since I'd have to wait again when the bed frame is almost fully assembled, not to mention the package is heavy and difficult to move.I received a bent piece, letter E, aka one of the vertical pieces for the outside of the bed frame and pretty darn important! Comparing the first two pictures with the last picture, I hope you can see that what is supposed to be a horizontal piece is angled almost 45 degrees so the middle connector, J, can't lay on it flat, let alone trying to screw in the screw. I think if I was sent an undamaged E piece, the frame would be great! It seems really sturdy and the height is great for extra storage underneath the bed. If somebody from the company can contact me to get the piece sent out to me, I will happily update my review; I really don't want to have to disassemble and return it.
