Defective batch of products

The product is meant for a decent warm up session, unfortunately it didn’t even last for 10 mins of its first use. Both the pairs were damaged in just 10 mins of running. Also it has a short return window and does not allow the user to even enjoy the product or get a resolution.Team Amazon, kindly look into this matter on priority basis as the complaint was raised on 6th day after the delivery date and also my first 10 mins of use.
