Not cheap but seems to work just fine.U need to have common knowledge of what you are doing if you pretend to just hit a button this is not he unit for you. Having said that it is i consider a good purchase

Had issues and was able to reach the proper channels above their entry level support. And was able to get things resolved. It is a good product and I have faith restored they actually do care after getting in contact with the next layer of their team. That said the product does take some maneuvering to work for some instances and products I work with since it’s say an Isuzu engine inside a 56kw engine. What used to be getting a code generated by a field rep to clear codes I can clear it and force a regen when wet stacked by being underloaded for too long which happens frequently. Especially when I deal in brands ranging from JCB, Bobcat, JLG, John Deere, MultiQuip, Pallatek Sullivan, and Cummins. I only have Cummins insite as a factory grade software at work and this tablet honestly is by far superior to Texa and their laptop.

I messaged ancel before purchasing asking if this worked on a paccar mx13 engine to change parameters. They assured me it did. Ordered it and got it next day (yay prime!) should've been first red flag. I plug it in and go to change speed limit parameters, get a message flash failed.... So back out of it all and then decide I better get goin down the road. Well now I have no throttle input! Called Peterbilt close to me and they had to come out and reflash the ecm due to corrupt file. $879 later I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR PACCAR engines! Reached out to customer support via ancel and it just seemed too complicated, not taking the risk anymore with this and returning it.

Impressed I have oe software and this is just as good as jpro or other expensive software

I bought this for a troublesome code on my Kia. Not all the parts were present in the package—it looks like it was a return. However, the missing piece was not a big deal since I had several—the cord to update the software was missing. I also needed to buy an adapter for the Kia. Please be aware of that if your car has a particular OBD connector that is not 16 pin. I emailed the company about a KIA adapter and they were less than helpful telling me to speak with the reseller. Really unacceptable. BUT, the unit worked with the adapter I purchased, was easy to use, and cleared the code after I replaced the part. Despite the irritation of the missing part, and the company response, not to mention having to buy another piece for it to work, I am happy with the product well enough. If you are going to update the software, you will need a windows machine—also regrettable inconvenience.

Clearly states Doosan construction equipment in the pictures. Does not connect to dl series leaders. Took 12 hours for them to respond. All I got was "we're sorry". They say only works with select doosan models. Well I have doosan excavator and forklifts. Will not connect to those either. A terex excavator with a doosan engine, also no connection. Does connect to Caterpillar and Volvo loaders. I was able to read and clear trouble codes on both of those brands of machines. I have 9 doosan machines and only 1 of each of the other brands. So I will be returning this. The convenience of having a wireless connection to the machine and not be stuck in it while diagnosis is being done would have been nice. Most other systems you are tethered to the machine.

This scanner is the real deal. I am a professional diesel mechanic and this scanner does what you normally have to pay over $10,000 dollars on to buy a diesel laptop and then thousands more on software . This scanner regens and also in expert mode removes deep embedded check engine lights and reverses torque derate limp mode
