I recently purchased the Liquid Nails Clear Seal All-Purpose Sealant, hoping to find a reliable solution for various sealing needs around my home. Unfortunately, this product turned out to be a major disappointment, failing to live up to its claims and leaving me frustrated with its overall performance. First and foremost, the effectiveness of this sealant is questionable at best. Despite following the instructions carefully and applying it as directed, I found that it did not provide a durable or long-lasting seal. The sealant quickly deteriorated and failed to hold up to even minor stresses or movements. It simply did not deliver the reliable protection I expected. Additionally, the application process was messy and difficult to manage. The consistency of the sealant was too thick, making it challenging to apply evenly. It often clumped up and left unsightly streaks or blobs on the surfaces I was trying to seal. Even with careful application and smoothing, it was nearly impossible to achieve a clean and professional finish. Furthermore, the drying time of this sealant was unacceptable. It took an unusually long period for the product to dry completely, which caused significant inconvenience and delay in completing my projects. I had to wait much longer than anticipated before being able to move forward with other tasks, which was both frustrating and time-consuming. In terms of longevity, the Liquid Nails Clear Seal All-Purpose Sealant fell short yet again. Over time, the sealant began to crack and peel, compromising the effectiveness of the seal and necessitating repeated applications. This not only wasted time and money but also raised concerns about the reliability and durability of this product. I attempted to reach out to customer service for assistance, hoping they could address my concerns or offer a solution. However, their response was disappointing. I received no response to my inquiries, leaving me feeling ignored and disregarded as a customer. This lack of support and communication only added to my dissatisfaction with the product. In conclusion, the Liquid Nails Clear Seal All-Purpose Sealant is an ineffective and messy product that fails to deliver on its promises. Its inability to provide a durable and long-lasting seal, coupled with its messy application and prolonged drying time, make it an unreliable choice for any sealing projects. Additionally, the lack of customer support adds to the frustration and disappointment experienced. I cannot recommend this product and would suggest exploring other sealant options available on the market.

The tube feels soft and pliable so I wasn’t concerned. However when I tried to use it, impossible. The entire top neck of the tube is clogged. I tried a paper clip, then went to a toothpick, than two toothpicks at same time, no dice. I can penetrate it but the moment I take out the two toothpicks it seals back up again. Wasn’t able to get a single drop out of the tube. If I cut the tube so far down that I can get a pick inside to scoop out the clog then the opening will be so large as to still make it unusable. If anyone has a thought on how to loosen up the clog I’d love to hear it, as of right now this was a total waste of money.
