This case is heavy duty. Lasted for over a year and a half. This is a heavier case but protects phone well. It is easy to install on phone. It is waterproof and slip resistant. For the price it is a great phone case. The size of the case does not affect the functions of the phone. The case is now got paint chipping and on rubber piece came off from opening it too much.

Very strong..but Very heavy too

This case is the ultimate phone protector. It's the strongest, largest and heaviest case I have ever seen for a cell phone. Its a brick. It barely fits in my phone dock in my truck because of the width. Its almost perfect for working on a jobsite or industrial environment. I may be sending this case back for a couple reasons: 1. The fingerprint does not work, you may be able to remove the screen protector and install your own but that's a modification to a brand new case. 2. The glass back that covers the camera lenses is not well protected and is already scratching from a couple days of use. I see no way to replace it so very soon it will be junk because the scratching will affect the pictures you take with the camera. It's a shame that these two deal breakers were not caught when they designed the case. If these two items were fixed in a newer model of this case i would happily try buying it again. I just don't see this lasting more than a month at the camera protector area. So sad.

After having the case a few days had to order a different one. The screws all fell out causing the screen to only sometimes work. Very frustrating. Case isn't solid the screws holding it together fall out and provides no amount of protection. The major problem is around the stylus. It's only a soft rubber flap over that area. I don't feel that will be secure enough. My old case was much more robust in that area, and the stylus would dislodge itself in my pocket, but the case would prevent it from falling out. This case seems like the rubber will either tear or simply open in my pocket. Not very impressive for an otherwise solid case.

Quality over all is good. Very nice milling in the aluminum. Sub par rubber it seams. The square rubber pad in the back just flaps because it sags out. Even tried using a rubber glue to hold it to the back od the phone. Literally gluing the rubber of the case to my phone. Glue is still on the phone, and the rubber. . . Well, she slaps. The first screw falls out about 2 weeks after you install it. Then every other screw are not far behind. Thankfully the set comes with replacement screws I rectified this issue by using temp thread lock. Side note. The black coating comes off incredibly fast. Doesn't appear that the metal was prepped well before paint of it was left too long from clean and prep and the coating process. Judging by how is weathered.

Just recently purchased this case about 2 weeks ago, and it's amazing although it makes the phone quite heavy, but for an almost 2000 dollar phone its quite worth it. I had it for about two weeks before I had a little accident on new years when it got ran over by a car and it completely shattered the front glass. Unbolted the case and phone had not a scratch on it and the screen was completely fine. This case is quite the beast. Buying another right now. Only putting 4 stars because it is quite heavy.
