Great custom window screens
I have a few oddly shaped windows that needed screens. I tried contacting some contractors in my area, and none were able to make screens for me. I decided to try these screens not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised that they are really well-made. Installation was easy — just pop them in place. Definitely recommend!

I am not happy with the screen
The got the screen size correct. However they put the springs to help hold the screen on the side instead of the top and they did not put the tabs on the bottom to help get the screen out so the window could be wash

They made it right!
After this disapointing purchase the company reached out and made it right, they gave me a full refund. when a company stands behind their customers like they did, I will stand behind them. I believe this must have been an isolated incident and I believe they will be better for it. I will recommend them and will do business with them in the future.

This is a double hung screen!!!!!!
Please, please, please do the research! I made this mistake. I didn't research screen types before ordering the screens, thinking they were all the same as long as the measurements were correct. Wrong! I needed a single hung screen, not a double. I put the screen in and they were a quarter inch short in width. No matter how I adjusted them, they wouldn't work.I called customer service and the very nice lady explained why they didn't fit. She said she couldn't issue a refund because I ordered the wrong screen but I was offered a discount on my order for the new screens. They were very helpful!Overall, these screens are great quality, not as flimsy as many others. Customer service is very helpful! I do recommend them.
