I take this for joint health. I first noticed the benefits to my hair and nails, but after a few weeks, my joints are better. Great product at a great price.

My nails are super strong after just one week!
I got these because I had taken gelatin years ago for my nails with excellent results. These have proven excellent in just one week and I’m only taking two of the three recommended capsules daily. Chose these for the high mg for the money. Has already proven to be a great value. Easy to swallow and there’s no stomach upset. I’m taking two/ per day so they’re going to last me a good long while.

Excellent - Grows Hair like Crazy
This is the only gelatin product I've used so I can't compare it to others. However, I am very pleased with the results. In the last two years, my hair and nails stopped growing, or grew extremely slow. My hair used to grow very fast. I still have a lot of hair, it just doesn't grow unless i take gelatin. I ran out and didn't re-order for about 2 months, and it seemed like my hair and nails stopped growing completely. As soon as I started taking it again (I take 2 capsules a day) - within 5 days I noticed my hair growing. Sometimes I skip doses or go down to one a day because it works so well - no joke.The other benefit I can't measure but am hoping for in the long run is cartilage re-growth and build up. I suffer from severe osteoarthritis, have multiple joint injuries and osteoporosis runs in my family. Gelatin is broken down once digested into amino acids, and then reformulated into the hyaline protein, which provides nutrition and support to cartilage. I can't say I notice pain relief, which some say is a benefit, but over the long run it must be helping my joints.
