does not stick to the floor properly

Better than resistance bands
Nice home resistance machine. Small & very easy to set up does no take up much space at all which makes it easy to stow away underneath the weight bench when not using. Resistance is far superior to bands however the suction cups must be placed on a tile, or very smooth clean surface for it to adhere to, recommend checking on occasion that it’s stable in between sets but it’s great for curls, rowing, overhead, underhand presses.

Not for carpet floors. Suction base.
This is a very nice very small unit to use for exercising. It's plenty heavy but you will want to use. The large suction cups for the kitchen floor or if you have hardwood floors the section cup seem to be very strong so far. I like that it has a spot to rest your phone. If you are doing a certain type of workout that you can watch it on. It has good levels for pounds to measure for a different strength training and resistance. It seems pretty durable if you take good care of it. It should last a very long time and I might go ahead and get the bar that comes with it as well. But this is like the cadillac of resistance bands!

Useless
This little machine is a great idea and I had high hopes for it, but it won't stay put. We have linoleum and it doesn't matter how clean the suctions and floor are- it comes loose after the first rep. It needs a secure way to anchor it down. It's useless and a waste of money as-is. I do not recommend it.

Cannot decide between a nice toy and a hazard
First things first - you need a really, really, really smooth floor for this one. The engineering part of my brain had severe hesitations about ordering this gadget, and, well, next time I should probably listen to it. The premise of this thing working lies in attaching it to the floor by means of two suction caps. Which, I agree, are big. But they are also totally unimpressed by my hardwood floors, to which they don't stay attached for longer than a couple of minutes once you start pulling on the ropes. It works way better in my foyer area, which has a super smooth, polished marble tile. So, before ordering, please mind your floors - it needs a super-smooth hard surface.Even with the right floor though, it is questionable for how long these suction caps are willing to stay in place when you constantly apply force to this thing. Especially as suction caps age. I don't want to call this thing a hazard, but I am not convinced that as designed, it is safe. At least I am not willing to use it without something hindering it from hitting me if it were to get unattached while I was pulling on it (which, to be fair, would be 99% of the time using it). Yes, I admit to being a paranoid-about-safety engineer, but well... we should be, right? For the time being, this limits the use of it to options where I can use a foot to keep it in place, but there seems to be a hole through which it could potentially be secured to something more solid. We will see.On the bright side, it does not require a power source. It does have a lever to select the resistance level, but on my machine, it seems to be doing something, but whatever it is doing, it is not very convincing (it goes from super light to meh, not sure here whether it is working as expected, or whether I have a faulty machine). What is more annoying though (again, I possibly have a faulty machine) is that the resistance is not the same between the two ropes (or my left side has gotten remarkably stronger than the right). Now, assuming the machine was working correctly, and that I figure out a way to keep it in place that is more convincing than the suction caps, the premise of the machine is not bad. As far as I can tell, it is supposed to have the same resistance throughout the range of motion, which would have made it a very interesting choice for a variety of movements. That being said, what you see in the product description is the only description of exercises you can do with it, which I found underwhelming.Overall, I am not sure my machine is working properly. I doubt it. There doesn't seem to be a way to contact the seller (Amazon's messaging system doesn't seem to be working for me, and the instruction booklet gives a phone number in China). But even if everything was working properly... I am not entirely sure this thing is safe to use.

Not a pro machine for your gym
The machine does everything you need at a gym. If it's chest day, you can do your bench press, dumbbell fly, decline dumbbell press. If it's back day do you seate cable row, reverse fly, and... but remember you can do up to 68 lb not more, also you will need a bench. It's good for beginners or women. Not a professional gym machine.

Works well
Keep in mind, these do not work for all floor types. I have to resuction it to the floor after every exercise. I keep a foot or two on it to ensure it does not come unstuck as I do my workout. It does well for at home workouts in the case of not being able to get to the gym, but I would honestly not pay so much for it. It is a good idea, just could use a slightly better attachment method and become a slight hassle of having to reattach it. The resistance is okay and does well for in a pinch workouts, but it is not quite enough for me.

Doesn't suction to the ground!
I'm rather disappointed with this. The suction cups don't actually work and don't suction to the ground - I have hardwood or laminate throughout my house and it doesn't work on any surface. Even at the lowest setting on the machine I have to put my foot on the machine to pull the cords or else the machine moves. So I definitely wouldn't be able to use the higher weights.
