My center brake light failed, and for a 14yo car, they wanted ~$200 for a replacement. For $12 for this strip, I ended up with a better light than the original. I bought this strip, wired it up easily (to the failed center brake light power cables, not to a tail light as the instructions show) and it’s immediate, bright, and the perfect width to be highly visible without making you look like some kind of goofy punk kid driving a car lit up like a Christmas tree. I like it better than the original center OEM brake light (before it croaked). Worth every penny.

Simple installation. I used it to replace an LED 3rd brake light which suddenly stopped working. The housing for the brake light appeared to have water damage and I couldn't find a replacement. I secured this light on my rear glass, centered on the top and wired it using my brake lights. I'm satisfied with the look and brightness. Just in time for my yearly car inspection.

Very good quality for the price. It fit my 2006 Saturn and is very bright. Seems to be very strong material. The only problem I have with it is that it falls off easy. It would be better with stronger adhesive/magnet. I recommend buying some strong double sided tape as well. Other than that it was a good purchase and would recommend others to buy.

Works as an excellent 3rd brake light

My third brake light is out so I seek alternative rather than buying a whole new assembly which cost 100$. This does the job! Easy installation to the third brake light wire.

Cheap wire, only comes with red and black. Where’s the white? How do I connect these to the brake switch? pretty experienced in car wiring. Not sure what they thought. False leading. Also, tape on back side sucks. Not 3m as pictured. Just a crappy, miss leading product.

I could tell the adhesive would not hold. I used e6000 to cement it to the underside of my spoiler. The wires pulled out so I had to resolder them which was not easy. It's a typical led strip light loose inside a rubber tube.

very nice 3rd break light that I added to my son's 70 nova , that we customized our self.

Installed on the inside back window of a third generation Camaro. The wire needed to be extended in order to reach the rear brake light connector. Works great and looks great too. This is a good option for adding a third brake light to a classic car for some extra safety. Price was very reasonable too.

Bought this product. Worked well only for three months then started to flicker. Now it’s been 6 months and some sections of the LED light strip don’t even work (Look at picture). Disappointed!!
