My shoes have been stacked & piled on various types of shoe racks over the years, none of which worked quite right for me. I'm glad to finally find one that will keep them organized AND clean! It wasn't hard to put together but it took awhile. A tool is included that will help get it done. It says 8 cubes (which makes it sound like 8 individual, standalone cubes) but it's really 4 cubes that are double wide with a divider in the middle, and double tall, so each cube has room for 4 pairs of shoes. It all snaps together snugly and is fairly sturdy. The solid top, bottom, & sides are all soft vinyl. It feels good, but I'd be very careful about putting too much weight directly on the vinyl as it would probably eventually tear where it connects to the frame. I keep wanting to set stuff on the top of the unit, but have to remind myself to stop. The weight of shoes is fine, but probably not a heavy pile of clothes. My only complaint is that it comes with 4 cubes and my closet space is only tall enough to stack 3 of them, so I have the 4th extra cube that I'd like to use somewhere else, but there's only 1 piece of the top/bottom vinyl so it can't be used as standalone unit (unless the top or bottom is left open, which sort of defeats the purpose of keeping the dust out). I contacted the manufacturer directly and they don't (or won't) ship just that 1 extra piece. Kinda pisses me off cuz I know they've got it. They just won't provide it. The unit "looks" modular, and could very easily BE modular, but it's missing that one piece that pretty much makes it HAVE to be used in just that 1 configuration that's shown in the picture (4 cubes high, each of them double wide). I'm still giving it 5 stars because I do love the 3 pieces I can use, but protesting that one annoying design flaw. (Manufacturer, are you reading this??)

easy to assemble and holds the shoes well. Had for over a year and it is still holding up well for half the price of other units.

Got this for a friend. She loved it but they were heavy. Very sturdy though. They fit the shoes well and can hold a few bags too.

The media could not be loaded. We purchased and built this over the weekend for garage show storage. We don’t wear our shoes much in the house. Our previous shoe rack was spilling all over the garage floor it only have two rows and was a bench. This looks perfect ! We built it our own way to make it fit and only had 2 panels left over after.Im hoping it hold up. It looks sleek and functional. I like the door flaps to limit the amount of dust that gets in with the shoes since I put sandals and high heels in there as well. We are still loading it up. We did not hook it to the wall but will our own way as we have brick and the kit it came with two strings and screws won’t work with our brick .It was a little time consuming to put together but mostly easy. Just takes a little strength to push the end circles on. Make sure to look at the labels and the photos since there are 3 different types of panels. The short squares are the dividing walls and the rectangles are the floor and back wall pieces. I would definitely buy it again.

The media could not be loaded. Assembly is not complicated but it did take long to make sure the panels were fully pushed in into each plastic knob. You have to hit it with the hammer that comes with the product, don’t use your hands (you will hurt yourself). Love the versatility since you can assemble it into any shape you want and also remove inner panels for bigger shoes. Product is sturdy but again make sure you are pushing in the panels all the way into the knobs. It looks clean in my garage because the sides are not transparent and the shoes are sort of hidden in side view. One con is height wise, I had to put this product on top of another small shoe rack. I didn’t want to bend down to the ground to get to the lowest level of the shoe rack. I love the lids and they are the reason why I purchased this product. Leaving my shoes in the garage left them dusty and I’m excited to have dust free shoes now! Overall cheaper option to shoe drawers that are over $100 and seriously great value.

Please ensure you dig deep and find your inner Bob the Builder before attempting to create your masterpiece! I bought two. The first set, I did not use the pallet as consistent as necessary and it ended up forward leaning and crooked in the middle somewhere. I waited a fresh, new day to do the second one and made sure to absolutely pallet and bang every piece! I checked alignment along the way then decided to break down the first one and add it to the second one. I AM IN COMPLETE AWE!! No leaning or crooked boxes. It made the space more organized, and I love seeing it when I’m home! I created the extra boxes (only 16 total door flaps) for uniformity, and they hold my purses and daily backpack. My keys hang on the rack. I do not recommend moving it while loaded as it is not the strongest structure with weight added. Be gentle with it. This creation has really made me happy!!
