Product is okay, moping and cleaning is also good. For 1 BHK it’s great choice in price of 10k brand like MI. But seems it sensor are working pro they detect even curtain as object. My last one Forbes was a warrior and hit every time on every object 😄😄. This robot is always in hurry to approach the charger hardly after 30 mins reboots its energy that is big problem. If you have small house it is recommended pretty good in his efficiency of cleaning and moping. But big no for a big house. I am happy with my purchase as it cleans effectively and moping too is great 👍 go for it

My robot vacuum doesn't work properly in month's time of purchase. It keeps acting funny, it repeats cleaning the same area multiple times. In this process, the rest of the house is leftout without cleaning. The device also lacks essential features like mapping and room selection. Totally disappointed with this model. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app multiple times still I'm unable to map. Lack of mapping functionality does not serve the purpose of an automated cleaning device thereby is a waste of money. This is highly UNEXPECTED from a reputed MI brand. Also this product doesn't even deserve a One star rating, I had to do so only to move forward, else it doesn't allow me to submit my review also, that bad is the functioning!!

I had a malfunctioning robot at first which used to spin at the same place even if there are no objects. Turned out its one of thw wheeel was not fully functional at all times. However, Amazon like it usually does, easily replaced the product without any hassle. The Mopping function is average. Cannot be called a good mop. Sticked stains wont get washed off. Vacuum is great. I would suggest this product still for people having relatively open household without much obstructions. Still, I am satisfied with the vacuum part and hence rating it 4. Also Room mapping is not available in this version (Mop 2i). (The Lidar Version which is costlier has room mapping not this one.) Hence specific rooms cannot ve scheduled. It only has simple on and off cleaning mode and shows a map of the parts it has cleaned. Thats it, that map gets deleted after it completes cleaning. Overall, points to keep in mind before purchasing - 1. Vacuum is perfect. 2. Mop is average. 3. No room mapping. 4. Noise is average not too much. 5. Remote control feature is available but Its better to just keep it on and let it do its thing.

Pros: 1.Suction power 2.Easy to Use 3.Effectuve cleaning 4.Able to reach every corner Cons: 1.Battery Life may be sufficient for a 1200sft house perfectly once but on long run its battery my degrade at that time might not sufficient. 2.Maintinace cost is involved as brushes and cleaning cloths need to replace 3.Maps cannot be saved for next use

This is my review after using it for more than 6 months. First it doesn’t have mapping feature, atleast it doesn’t remember which areas it has already cleaned when we stop it due to some or the other reason. Sometimes it forces itself to go through some spots which are not required and due to one such instance my product got roughed up on top. Recently faced an issue that the robot wheels not moving and it has a screw which mentioned as warranty. So if you remove that screw for inspection your warranty gets void. So I raised a ticket to resolve the issue in warranty, they said we will hear back in 24 hrs. I checked the status of the ticket, they literally care about these things. I bought MI robot vacuum as it’s a reputed brand and we won’t face any warranty issues. But this is utter waste product, check for any other brands rather this Xiaomi. Don’t even buy the pro variant, if you face similar issue then you may end up in same position. Updated Review : It’s almost an year now and it has become more useless than ever. Moving speed decreased, I have changed the filters and the brushes. It doesn’t show the latest consumable statistics. Taking more time than usual to clean up the space, don’t buy MI products , it will be pure waste of money.

My Review After 3 Months: The vacuum cleaner is working fine Pros: The vacuum cleaner cleans fine. A person does not need to bend to clean under the bed or tables. So the design is good. Cons: Firstly, the map doesn't store of your phone, which requires a higher model. SO KEEP THIS IN MIND BEFORE YOU BUY. Secondly, the cleaning takes place in a zig zag manner. In that process certain areas of the house are left out. So be ready to use the broom the clean those parts. Third, i feel which ever model you want to buy be ready to lift the furniture because if furniture is there, more effort is spent in moving around it to clean the place. So get ready for some weight lifting. Finally, you will require to mop the house at least once a week because the mop in the vacuum cleaner will deposit the dirt at the sides which one needs to clean it out on week on week basis. So given the above review, please choose wisely.
