Update on my review after they reached out to me directly: So they reached out to me to resolve the issues I was having. The 3rd light that is showing as off is a different type of light that can’t be seen by our eyes. That tracks with other things I’ve read about these devices with the multiple spectrums. But the heat issue still stands. They explained that the nature of this light is to generate heat so it’s normal that the device is hot and it shuts off after 5 mins to prevent over heating. They recommended it good to take a break between light sessions as well anyway. And they recommended that if I use it for longer than the 5 mins and jt gets too hot to touch that I should get something to hold it so it doesn’t burn me. Idk if I like the idea of a hand held device getting too hot to touch and not really knowing just HOW hot it could get and if it might damage me or start a fire or idk. All of that being said the customer service team that reached out what was educational and patient with my questions and gave well rounded answers. At the end of it they said just keep the original device and the replacement device they sent and refunded me100% in good faith. I’m not 100% sure about using this device and how well it works yet, but I give 5 stars for their customer service 👌🏻 Previous review: it’s missing a light as you can see in the picture. Also the device gets so hot I can’t even handle it once it’s been on for a few mins. I couldn’t find a way to contact them directly. They did have a replace and return for free option, which I’m doing. Hopefully it’s just a fluke, but I know for certain it shouldn’t get so hot. And the missing light

I've been using this for myself and my horse with an injury. Has been beneficial and helps with inflammation and pain. Does not get hot or irritate skin. I lkkenit has automatic shut off after 5 minutes

Small, size of a flashlight infrared light. And after about 5 minutes shuts off by itself. I like it!

This is oh okay, but one light broke stopped working after few days like 1-4 when first received.

Bought this on May 5 of 2025 used it maybe two or three times and then I want to use it in December 2025 and it quit working I would not recommend this product waste of money

Only two outta three lights work

I read a number of bad reviews on this device and it made me regret ordering it because I read the reviews after ordering... but this device works perfectly. its so tiny and convenient to use anytime without worrying about plugging it in or dealing with bulky equipment. this is my 3rd infrared light and I like it a lot

Charging cable is missing. I used the cable of mobile phone which shows red light coming on charging, but it is red for many hours. When will it be fully charged? No instructions anywhere guiding how to change wavelength
