Birds really stay away from my garden but really poorly made. I have to file to smooth the finished area where they should fit together and glue them.. Having said that, I keep reordering more to add to my garden. They absolutely keep birds away.

Wing fall off at times and string hanger with plastic ring weak.

This product which is made to hang outside arrive with a thin, light weight string to be used to hang it. NOT substantial enough to support the weight in any sort of wind. I'm supplementing the string with wire for durability.

The wings fell off and floated away and are gone. I wonder if they would replace them??

Yes, you need to silicone the wings to the body. Poor system they have for connecting. You may also have to upgrade the string, but these are the best ever for keeping birds away. I use a long pole with an extension outwards with a drop string. They move around in the wind , and keep the blue jays and other birds from eating my ripe fruit and grapes !!! No bird netting needed anymore !
