I wish I bought this sooner.

Fantastic product! Would highly recommend it. The cooling section is only at the front which is nice. Depending on where your headache you can also wear it in reverse and have the cooling section at the back.

Sometimes get throbbing temple headaches at night. After putting this on, relief was almost instant. Slept so much better while wearing it all night. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

So i bought this because I loved my sisters, but unlike her's this doesn't have a cooling panel in the back. Other than that it works great, though may I suggest the fridge vs the freezer to for cooling because this sucker get COLD

I’ve used headache relief wraps in the past that essentially have ice packs that slip inside fabric…they’re so cold that you can’t leave them on for long before it’s actually painful. This wrap isn’t like that at all! The inside is like a gel material, it stays flexible (not a brick of ice like other wraps are), so it completely conforms to your head/face. The directions say to put in the refrigerator for 30 mins before use, or for warm therapy, it can be microwaved for a few seconds. The cooling is perfect for migraines, and the warmth is perfect for sinus pain. I really like this headache wrap…I haven’t found a fault with it. Every other wrap I’ve tried, I’ve found something I didn’t like, but not this one. Two thumbs up! :)

Lifelong migraine sufferer. Wrap is: Cool, not cold. Warms too quickly. Not my favorite. Would not recommend.
