I bought this to cut mainly through die-cast aluminium boxes. No problem! A friend of mine that has worked with industrial scale cutting machines thought highly of them too.

This cutter came with its own case and centring bit with two springs and Allen key. The centring bit can be removed or inserted depending on the the situation. Use a drill press!! I don't recommend using a hand drill for this beast of a cutter. It is heavy which makes cutting through wood a breeze. I have used it at 800rpm which I found to be perfect for cutting through softwood. Make sure that the work piece is rigidly locked in place to avoid the propeller movement. I would NOT recommend using a hole saw of this size (90mm) with a hand drill as if it bites too deeply the user will most likely experience kick back and possibly a painful wrist. The carbide teeth leave a clean and smooth hole. The best hole saw I have ever used but treat it with respect!
