this work for me it definitely helped the night sweats in the belly for everybody else different it can help some people, but some people might not, but it help me and I got night sweats and Belly. It helped me right away, especially with the light sweat

I've been taking this for a week now and its been helping with the hot flashes and weight I'm 53 and in menopause due to an early complete hysterectomy at 31. I suffer with hot flashes, total weight gain, puffiness bloating and everything else that comes with menopause ugh 😑. Just since I've been on this one week I have seen a few changes in hot flashes and a Lil weight loss and bloating. I would recommend this stuff and just give it a while for it to work. it may take sometime for others but for me its already a game changer. 🙌

horrible cramps
I only took 2 pills and the stomach cramps were unbearable. I stopped taking them and tossed the remaining pills.
