This was easy to inflate and is a great alternative for the more expensive ones. Well-worth the money spent (I paid $59.99 for the pink half one). This really makes a difference when you are doing abs. I purchased this half ball because of a video on Youtube of Bobby Strom's Britney (Spears) Abs Workout and he used this half ball for her workout routine. (You can find the video if you search by: Bobby Strom's Britney Spears Ab Workout and it is 5:35 or 5:34 long. It shows his wife doing the exercises and she uses a half ball plus a regular ball. I purchased the regular ball also, but have not even blown it up yet as just the exercises with this half ball are enough). So far, I have only used it for abs so I have not tried the handles that came with it. It is good quality and I have not had to reinflate it yet. If you haven't tried doing abs on a half ball then you are missing out! This really works your muscles! Would highly recommend!

I wanted a bosu ball but did not want to pay brand name price. I work out at home and wanted a little extra core work so this was perfect. I was surprised many reviews say it was hard to inflate. It literally took about 3 minutes to inflate using the small pump included, not hard at all!! The bands are long but you could tie them or cut them and reattach if needed. The ball felt good in terms of quality and stability. I did notice slippage when doing a plank, however it is on carpet, so putting a mat down will probably help with that issue. I would recommend it!

First used this at my Physical Therapist’s clinic. It is a must for building core strength and stability. I have only on complaint: the instructions on the pump pieces to inflate is basically non existent. I checked online how to sites only to have dance music and super fast videos of the inflation process. Please add better illustrations and what goes where. My husband and I finally solved it. Should be more detailed.

Update 2.28.25: Great customer service! A representative from Zelus did in fact reach out to me regarding the defective unit, and they sent out a replacement promptly! Thank you! I ordered this in October knowing I would need it for rehab after a hip replacement surgery in November. I did not open the box until late January after my physical therapist cleared me for use. This was well past the return window. Set up was easy, and the first use went great, but when I went to use it the next day, it had deflated substantially. I filled it again, and used it again flawlessly, but by the next morning it had again deflated. It is clearly defective, but Amazon will not let me return it as I am outside the return window. I am hoping someone from Zelus will see this and help rectify the situation so I can update my review, because other than that, I really like the product!

Sturdy, adjustable, effective. Well made and not likely to ail like a cheap imitation. My wife and I use it daily - it lives in the kitchen/dining room so we don’t forget. It comes with a foot pump but we used a tire pump because we wanted to fill it before the return of HayZeus.

The air pump broke within 30 seconds. Specifically, the nozzle came off the pump and I haven't been able to figure out a way to get it back in and stable. Really pathetic piece of equipment overall. So since I haven't been able to inflate the ball, I can't give a proper review on the rest of it. But the air pump and the hose seem incredibly shoddy. The other end of the hose also broke, though that doesn't pose much of an issue since it's just 2 nozzles connected by a strip of thin plastic (the connector is what broke, but I can stlll connect the nozzles. Overall very unimpressed so far. I guess if you have an alternate air pump or other way to inflate the ball then this might not bother you so much.

Very disappointed bosu ball was damaged when I received it looked used and ripped from the centre. Please don’t buy it don’t waste your money or time. Very poor quality.

Don't think it's worth paying for the most common branded ball, this one is exactly the same you're used to see in the gyms.

Bought to help with strength training following injury but it kept deflating. If you’re happy to blow up every time you use it then it’s not bad for the price. Returned and ended off buying a real bosu.l
