I picked the photo frames because they were silver, I wish this had been labelled on the box. They are very nice frames , we’re engravelled nicely & packed up for dispatch well & arrived I damaged. Thank you.

I ordered this twice.as a token wedding present for my daughter. The first time the wrong item was sent. I contacted the seller as it had been personalised. They replied very quickly and offered to resend it. I regretted not doing this.I reordered it via Amazon and forgot to check the date engraved on it. It arrived quickly . I decided to keep it and added extra stickers to hide my mistake My daughter and son in law loved it. Good quality and great value for money.

This arrived in good condition, well packaged and promptly. I like the simple style of the frame and the engraving was accurate and easy to read. This is the second one I have bought. It could be improved by having some kind of catch or device which holds everything in place. You just have to make sure that what you put inside is thick enough to stay in place without slipping out. (Maybe it's meant to be very easy to take apart and it is that.) I don't like the way the supplied example photo is attached with sellotape as this leaves a sticky patch inside the frame. Overall this is good value for money and I think you get what you pay for. The person I gave these to really liked them very much.

Just what I wanted very pleased

Lovely frame writing a bit small but OK very disappointed in the delivery was to be delivered BEFORE Christmas as it was a gift to someone but only arrived on the 8th Jan ! When emailed to complain was told it was delivered on 22nd December and they sent me a image saying it was delivered on the 22 December when it definitely was not as the postman handed it to me on the 8th as I got out of my car !!

Bought as a Christmas present and I’m 10000% sure she’ll love it! Good quality packaged nicely. Will definitely be purchasing more for future gifts
