They are ground straps. They do ground strap things
They feel good and do well for body grounds. I run a UHF radio in my car and have my trunk lid and hood strapped to the car body with these to improve the ground plane for better range.

has worked perfectly in grounding my vehicle for my ATAS 120 antenna
Grounding my antenna with my vehicle was very easy with these straps. They seemed to be the perfect size to reach the bolts i needed to use. Antenna has been working perfectly. Already ordered more to ground another vehicle soon.

This eliminated getting shocked when pushing a wheelchair in stores.
I had an issue with getting shocked when pushing wheelchairs in stores. It was bad so I looked on Reddit and found these. I attached them to the wheelchairs easily and no more getting shocked! This will ground the chair allowing the static to flow into the ground not me. 😀
