Nice toaster
Very modern design and aesthetic. The toast is always perfect. I’ve only found that larger pieces of toast don’t fit completely, leaving half an inch out. But I’m not that picky!

At last, a decent toaster!
As a total toast addict, my quest for the best toaster has been a long one! This is a great design, fits the slices, is fast, very very hot and even does crumpets the way I like ( the ultimate test) The digital controls , and I was sceptical, are actually brilliant especially as they revert from adjusting which avoids the next person accidentally overdoing their toast. It is the most expensive toaster I've had, but definitely worth it.

Half-decent
Immediate thing was it was boxed with no manual/instructions. I know how a toaster works, but meant no manufacturer details, address, or safety information - which is a legal requirement in the UK. It is nice looking and compact (I bought two slice toaster). While it is great for thick sliced bread (I love a very lightly toasted slice of u sliced bloomer or sour dough) it is clearly designed for square slices of bread, not long or rectangular. The spring feels and sounds very weak, but so far lasted a month, I'd be surprised if it outlasts my Asda Basics that I had 8 years prior to this purchase - I'll let you know.

Seriously Awful
Bought this May 2024, out of the box one could see that all of the titles to each button were missing.Bad, but not terminal as the instruction book explained the purpose of the several buttons.Initially it toasted well, if not entirely evenly. After about six weeks I had to turn the heating control up two clicks to achieve the required brownness.Another month, then turned on maximum to get the same level of toastingNow even full power is insufficient to get any more than very light brownness on part of the toast - the other part remaining white.Three months is too late to return this piece of absolute trash. The only thing it can still do, is warm a bagel, but I’ve had enough - it’s going in the dustbin !Do not buy this seriously awful appliance.

It's ok
It's the 3rd toaster I tried, and I decided to stick with this one. It operates well and looks nice. The croissant rack is handy. It fits Kingsmill 50/50 bread, but is a little tight on other brands with larger slices. It has a dial for adjusting temperature, but tends to be a little uneven on both sides. The toaster moves around on our worktop when I'm operating it, as its quite light in weight. But for the price I am happy for now
