I loved it's quality it's the best that I received till now literally the best , I would say you need not doubt it at all just buy it .

Good book, it teaches you how to treat and communicate with people properly.

Having read this book has so much profound effect on my thinking and dealing with people. Needless to mention with all positive outcomes so far. The book is so simple in its approach yet so powerful in its teachings and the way Bob has written this book further adds to its beauty.A must read by all those who feel the need to influence and persuade people around them vis your friends, colleagues, family and even your boss. Nothing seems too difficult to manage with the simple principle this book teaches and the benefits are immediate. Happy reading....I mean to say happy persuading all......

The book quality is good but the content is below expectation. Yes the book kinda help me but it isnt life changing

Great way to learn, for me as a beginner. I used at least 2 ideas in some situations and they worked great.Since people skills are essential for success, this book is on my list of 'revise every year' books.
