Best Gait Belt I've Found!
This gait belt is a winner! The handles are situated in the right places, and it works really well. I have a plain belt that attaches if we need a long, long belt for certain exercises. This has been great for added safety when doing transfers, washing hair, walking with a walker or crutch, and other ADL uses. Best one I've found and our home therapists approved.

Hard to open buckle
I like it but so far I haven’t been able to unhook it if I’m helping someone they won’t have the strength to help me open it still trying to open it but it looks like a nice sturdy belt I’ll keep trying I’m sure once I get it open it will get easier each time

Awesome
I have used this with my elderly mother for the past four months or so, and it is great. My only complaint is that it’s now beginning to loosen so that I have to readjust it a couple times a week. I like the wide belt because it won’t slip up and down as easily and does not put too much pressure in one spot.

Sturdy
Sturdy but belt is too long.

Strong and easy to use
My husband has Parkinson's and a history of multiple falls so I wanted this to enable me to get him up. I have already used it once. It is sturdy and the extra width allows pressure to be distributed rather than a narrower one which puts pressure usually in the stomach area and can be painful for the fallen person. I have the narrower one but will use this one only in the future.

Lots of handles
This really helped me get my 101 year old Dad on days when he was unsteady or feeling week. The handles made assisting him from many different angles easy. I would not choose this to move a person that is not able to help, but for a person that is somewhat mobile it is great.
