It didn't fit but I should have measured better but its a good part and would have worked fine if it was bigger

Doesn't fit on black and decker portable. Tried to use duct tape but the hot air melts the adhesive and it slides off.

The collar is good and seems like it might last a couple seasons. Did not fit my portable 8000 BTU Toshiba. The hole size is correct, but the connectors (3-thread points) are not a fit.

Just trim a bit and works perfectly y fine in my portable AC. A lot better tham the duct tape I had!

This wasn't NWestun's fault, but I was disappointed to find that the connector tabs on the coupler didn't match the receptacles in my portable A/C unit. I searched online, on foot, and with the manufacturer for weeks during the summer, but haven't found a connector that matches the receptacle on the unit. The hot season is over, so now I have all fall, winter and spring to continue searching for a connector with tabs that match. It is hard to measure this because you can't always tell from the photo what size the tabs are. Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware, and the manufacturer (Black & Decker) are all out of stock.

As you can tell from my picture, the duct tape residue is all over the exhaust pipe. I had no coupling for this LG model, only duct tape to attach the exhaust pipe to the machine. A genuine LG replacement is $60. This after market fits properly, no gaps. Very satisfied. Good value, easy to attach, just as good quality as the original part.

Item was great but too big for my air conditioner
