This is a very good product. In fact, I now have three of them. They are very handsome and are not bulky or obtrusive. They blend in well. The timer is a challenge, but having said that, it does work

Use this for a potted 4' lime tree that comes indoors for the winter, and the screen door it sits in front of does not see direct light from the end of Nov until the end of Jan.. The shaft of the pole needed some adjusting while it is not completely sturdy at full height. Also the cord is too short for the max height ratio causing the lamp to shorten due to the weight of the plug box. Had to use a binder clip to secure it. So again... some finagling.HOWEVER.... the light settings and brightness are great. There are 3 settings for time length that are automated for on/off. I set it for 12 hours and it takes care of itself. Extremely easy. In the past 6 weeks, my lime tree has sprouted a dozen new branches and 2 clusters of lime flowers. Very glad I purchased this product

Love this light. And I think my plants do too. My Giant Taro gave me a new stalk and my Peace Lily is giving me a flower after 1.5 years. It can start out short and can be extended if needed. I only use the white/normal light setting so haven't checked out the other options. This was a good purchase and would recommend purchasing.

Barely produces enough light for small plants. Flimsy and top heavy.
