Love this light. And I think my plants do too. My Giant Taro gave me a new stalk and my Peace Lily is giving me a flower after 1.5 years. It can start out short and can be extended if needed. I only use the white/normal light setting so haven't checked out the other options. This was a good purchase and would recommend purchasing.

We just moved into a new home. The house is not bright enough to keep my plants alive during the winter so I ordered this to get here quick. It does have a good range for the lighting. It is easy to install. The timer function works well. It is easy to use, but it is top-heavy. You need a big pot with that being said it still lights good.
