We bought our Fly Fans last spring and have used them indoors and out with great results. I take my lunch in my shop, which has open doors and no bug control. I use Fly Fans on my workbench as I eat and the flys fon't want to be anywhere those whirling blades, it also seems to deter the gnats. Great product!

I bought these after seeing something similar in a restaurant. They definitely keep the flies away from food when out on an indoor or outdoor table which is great! The noise level is super low. Very happy with these - I might need to order another set! My friend ordered them too once she saw how good they work.

Purchased these fans to use at an outdoor event where food was being served. Easy set up and they worked perfectly at keeping flies and bugs away. Our event was over four hour long and the fans continued to turn without battery replacement. The fans were the perfect size and sturdy. Guest were able to access food even when fans were placed throughout the table. Will be using them for many other upcoming events and even when my family wants to picnic outside. Great buy!!!

Very easy to assemble. So far I have used this product for two outside events and they have worked perfectly in repelling bugs. The "blades" do not hurt at all when placing your hands through them to grab food. My only tiff with the product is that once the fans are extended, they cannot be scrunched back down to condense them when trying to store them away (this is why I did not give 5 stars). Other than that, the products work great!

Lots of flies infest my patio so I bought a 4 pack of this brand because they were taller than most other brands. Extended 3 before realizing I only need 2 high enough for wine glass level (fully extended) and 2 low enough for dinner plate level (fully unextended). Instructions warn about using excessive force to unextend them so I tried using a flat, thin cake icing spatula to gently slide it down into each extended side and was able to release the tabs holding the sides in place without scratching or breaking anything. All 4 are working and run very quietly so far.

We love to use these when we’re outside eating at our picnic tables with the family. It doesn’t hurt your hand when you reach for food and bump it. It continues right after it was touched. We have four and it’s the perfect amount to put on two tables slid together. Batteries last a good while even sitting in them for the next use.This is a must in the south!!!!A lot of our outside restaurants in GA are now sitting them on their tables to help with flies.This also helped with yellow jackets and wasps.

My neighbors have a weekly outdoor gathering we call ‘Winey Wednesday.’ We use a standard size card table for appetizers. I thought I had found the perfect solution for the fly problem that accompanies outdoor food. I used two devices on the table that is approximately 3ft. by 3ft. According to the description, each device should be good for 2-3 feet. They appeared to be effective for a short time - until they were not. I gave them 3 stars for the short time they worked.

Loved the way it kept the bugs off the food. I just collapse them for easier storage.
