These lights are easy to set up and use. They’re surprisingly bright, but you may need to angle them away from your line of sight if you’re in the same room. You can adjust the angle of each bulb and turn them off individually. With the right position, your plants will be happy.The gooseneck doesn’t always stay in place, so it could be stronger. It’s also quite heavy, so it needs to be attached to something sturdy. The clip is strong but not suitable for thin objects. Check if it will fit and have a good position to clip it.The timer feature has three choices and has worked well.I highly recommend this product!

Absolutely brilliant. Very bright and I'm a big fan of how adjustable it is. The lamp has some weight to it ,but the clamp is very strong and easily clips onto a variety of materials of different thicknesses. Plants already showing signs of active growth after only using the lamp for a couple of weeks. My monstera albo just pushed out 4 new little stems!Overall very pleased with the quality.

My dramatic peace lily always perks right up after being in the light. The bulbs are quite heavy so you have to position the lights in a way that doesn't make it fall over. Will need to attach to a sturdy surface. The lights are very bright so could also be used as a normal light. I bought the one with 4 bulbs but usually only have 2 on because of how bright it is. My bedroom faces away from the sun so this comes in handy when my plants start looking depressed. The timer is also accurate to how long the light stays on.

I needn't have worried about the quality, or socket connection. Glad it has its own plug attached and a switch for one light or two. Strong, fairly long lead, & the screw-in bulbs are the perfect brightness. The bulbs do get hot, so don't set them too close. Two criticisms: no instruction booklet about the product nor user or free bulb replacement advice, and the heavy goose necks do drop slowly. Some people mentioned a timer but I don't see one here. I will switch them on/off manually as and when and use a timer plug if necessary in the ON position. Great price, thanks.

Our plants were really struggling with the lack of good lighting during this dull Scottish winter and these were just the job to fix that. Our lovely wee lemon tree which sat dormant since coming into the house at the end of summer is now covered in fresh green leaves and the Stag's Horn fern that looked so sad and brown is now pushing out long straps that are super strong and vibrant lime green! I've no doubt that these will be in top health by the time the warmer months come around... They are already well on their way after just a few weeks!I bought the 3 bulb gooseneck version with super flexibility that allows easy angling for a natural 'sunlit' environment whilst staying in position. The timer function allows us to set a sunset/sunrise effect which seems to really help create a near to nature zone. Did they cost more than I wanted to spend? Well, yes, but neither of these plants were cheap and watching them dying a death through lack of quality sunlight was a painful experience for us! In that respect they're worth every penny.Oh, as a sidenote, the manufacturer offers a lifetime bulb replacement too. Not sure if this is a permanent offer with every purchase but it was with mine!Love the functionality of these lights so much I'm now looking at buying another of the same for our huge old Yucca that's blocking all the light for us humans in the back room! I've every faith that if we reposition it in the corner with one of these illuminating it, it will continue to thrive!If you're swithering about a purchase, then do just go for it. These truly are lifesaving, especially for tropical or Mediterranean houseplants suffering during the short days of a northern winter.10/10 from me and my laddie!

Received on time, well packaged, in full working order. Very simple to set up, even for an oldie like me with poor eyesight. Just remove the packaging, screw in the bulbs, take them to wherever you want to use them, manouvre goosenecks into position and apply the clamp. I clamped mine to my bookcase with no problem. The lights are a natural white/yellow, just like natural sunlight, no bright glare to give you a headache. I've got the 2 goosenecks covering 4 plants. Clamp is very stable and my lights have stayed in place, no slipping down. And the best thing - you actually get a proper 3 pin wall plug, no messing about with USB cables and adaptors. I'll be buying more for sure.
