L'Oreal Paris Voluminous X Fiber Washable Mascara, Blackest Black, 1 Tube

I really love this mascara; it has become my go-to product. I’m thrilled that Amazon carries it since I had trouble finding it in stores. I use it daily, whether for work or when going out in the evening. It provides the volume and length I need for my lashes, and it consistently meets my expectations.

I am 48 years old and one thing that is just heartbreaking to me is the fact that I have been losing my lashes. I spent a lifetime with thick, long, natural lashes and every year I get older they get sparser. That and my eyebrows. What a sad thing, aging is. At any rate, I have tried every lash product there is. I even once spent $50 on mascara from some high-end BS makeup (Younique) company that promised long lashes. Nothing has ever worked as well as this product. I swear I will never buy any other type. It works AMAZING. It turns my thin, wispy lashes back into the thick, lustrous fringe I had when I was 20. It is SO easy to apply, so fast, and lasts ALL DAY. I am totally in love with it. My biggest fear is they will stop making it so I am going to buy a dozen of them just to be safe. I swear to you, this product is amazing, it WORKS and it is a great price. No better mascara on the market.

This mascara is good for length but it bleeds on bottom of eye as day goes on. And I do use setting powder and occasionally sprays. Plus you have to really wash to get it off at night. I’m a long time user of L’Oréal double extend tubes and I think it’s a lot better product.

Great for thin lashes!

I’m in the market for a new mascara, and have been thinking about trying the one from Thrive Causemetics, but I have a hard time paying that much for mascara. After seeing a YouTube video comparing this mascara to the one from Thrive (and this one actually looked better!), I was really excited to try this one out. I was unfortunately really disappointed. The application is easy enough, but other than a bit of extra volume I had zero additional length. This is a fiber mascara, but both the primer and mascara still seemed really dry. Maybe I got a dud, but it just didn’t seem any better than other drugstore mascaras I own that cost less. Although not a horrible product, I won’t be purchasing it again and might not even finish this tube.

Love Love Love! This mascara is amazing. It gives me full bold thick lashes after 2 coats! I gotta be honest, that step one is what i use 99% of the time. The black primer does such a stellar job, that i rarely feel the need to apply the step 2 fibers to get more length and thickness! It removes easily with soap and water too. As for smudging, i dont really have too much issues. It does transfer alittle on my lower eyes after a long day, but no on a level that has me steering away from it.
