HUGE gel caps
These are absolutely huge and way more than you really need. I've changed to something more reasonably sized. My stomach is happier as well as I was taking these mammoth things with Iron and Vit C on an empty stomach every morning. These seem to be the culprit. Not deducting stars as you can see the size and dose before you buy.

Watch the mg on a product is you are older.
Be careful if you are over 65, I had some adverse responses due to the high mg. Alexa, online gave me guidance on how to buffer the multiple negative physical and even cognitive reactions.
