My personal trainer recommended this supplement, and I’ve been using it for about 3–6 months. I have a hard time sleeping due to my medical conditions, and this has helped me relax my mind enough to fall asleep more easily. I’ve also noticed I stay asleep for a few hours at a time, which is an improvement for me. I do get vivid or lucid dreams occasionally, though I’m not sure if that’s from the supplement or simply from finally getting deeper rest. Overall, it has been a helpful addition to my nightly routine.

This was a super affective at helping me sleep and relieving my back pain. I would only take one pill because with two, I wouldn’t hear my alarm and/or wake up very groggy. One was enough for me but I would also take it early evening so I could still wake up ready to go in the morning.

I came across this product after researching. I have taken it for the last three weeks . So far loving the results .I will be buying again.

Used in combination with extended release melatonin to aid absorption and some relief from stress symptoms. Effective for short term, loses efficacy after 3-4 weeks. Increased dose is rarely effective.

Love these. They work well for me

It caused me to start having hot flashes and not tolerating heat well. I am 75 and well past hot flashes. My scalp immediately starts perspiring as soon as I step into the heat. Other than that, I’m sure the product is fine.
