As someone who lives alone. This is actually a game changer. Like I’m able to get spots that I’m unable to reach and it does a such a good job in like pressure point and it rolled around so it also covers like an area. I got this to see if it helps ease the pain and tightness in my shoulder blades. It’s really hard to lay perfectly on the spot you want to hit. Takes a while to get it in the perfect spot and sometimes it rolls off to the side

This item is exactly as exemplified! I have had a lower back injury for months now. I have gone to physical therapy and tried multiple different treatment plans, but to no avail.
