TV is great, picture is awesome, sharpness is good. Screen didn't come damaged it was perfect. It's only 32 inches but was for a teenager. Remote control is great with buttons for 4 apps on controller. TV doesn't lag, that might depend on your WIFI though. For the price you can't beat this TV

Ordered and received in December 2024 and just unboxed it and set it up today. Easy set up, nice clear picture, sound is good as well. It’s in the kitchen and the new screen is much larger than the tv we replaced but it fits between the cupboard and counter with enough space to mount on the wall with clearance (barely). We can’t use the supplied feet though.

I was surprised at the functionality of this TV. Easy to set up and connect. The remote feels good. Although the sound isn't optimum, I was able to connect my Bose speaker to via Bluetooth & it improved the sound a great deal. Can't beat the price. So far so good!

We loved our TCL TV that we've had out in our back patio so well that we bought one for mom's bedroom. Hasn't disappointed. The smart TV is smart enough to figure out without much practice. Picture is great. Sound is good. Options are wonderful. Nice TV!

Picture and sound is good. Google OS is ok. My only problem is that the tv powers down quite often, maybe every other day or so. Tried all of the settings including factory reset. Sometimes I have to unplug it from the wall in order to get it working. Because of this I would not recommend buying this TVUpdate January 2025. Problem went away, maybe tcl upgraded the firmware. Have had no shutdown problems for over three months. Very happy with the tv and like the google OS.

3 months later and tv is going bonkers!Pro ; TV has an excellent Picture. That's it for the pros.Cons; Sound is horrible. Remote control is useless now. Will not power on or off tv. I have to manually turn tv on and off with power button under tv. I've tried everything that was suggested on tcl website to no avail. Will not pair with a universal remote. And also the tv turns on when not in use. No Picture, just sound! I come home from work in the evening and I hear voices coming from the tv. Happened a half dozen times. Also disconnects from wi-fi constantly. No steady streaming here. And i have top tier wi-fi. I've had it with this tv. Tcl and Amazon got my money and I learned a valuable lesson. You get what you pay for. Sometimes cheaper is not always better. That's my honest review. Take it for what it's worth.

GOOD QUALITY FOR THE PRICE

As far as TCL brand it's really pretty good for a budget option. Fair sound quality, decent picture quality and really easy to attach to a wall mount. My issue is that it uses Google as the interface and it's crap compared to Amazon Fire TV's. There really isn't a comparison between the two. If this unit was a Fire TV I would rate it higher.
