Fraud company

Pls don’t buy! Recently I bought this and the pressure letout valve screw was not fitting in the slot and also the autoclave handle and the stand were missing ! Asked for replacement but was refused saying it is non refundable Inspite of sharing the images of the defective parts !total cheating
