Good umbrella

I've had 2 parasols this summer and they both broke in a bit of a wind. This one seems to be made of stronger stuff. The colour blue is beautiful, very happy 😊 .

I was surprised at the weight of this - much heavier than my last one. Easy to assemble. The canopy is hexagonal (not square as the Amazon description said) and washes clean in the rain. The Up/Down label on the pole fell off, so stronger glue would be an improvement. Note that no base is included - I re-used my old one, which was compatible in size. However, I needed to remove the plastic insert in my table to get the pole through the hole - best check your diameter before you buy.

Absolutely amazing quality and we are very happy with this canopy/ garden umbrella. Just replaced a similar one after 7 years and hope this one would last the same. It was easy to assemble and fitted the hole in the centre of the table as well as the base. Unfortunately haven't used it much due to bad weather as I bought it but late in summer. Looking forward to next summer ☀️.

Good product pity instructions on outside of box says keep out of direct sunlight when it`s a patio umbrella.!!!!!

Ordered this simple umbrella in a neutral tone for our small deck. I wanted neutral because it won't FADE. Material seems to be acceptable but, of course, it's not heavy duty canvas or anything like that. Easy to set up - just snap the 2 pieces together. The purpose was to provide shade when we're doing things or sitting on the deck. We don't want a clunky table so the stand is holding up pretty well after 2 days - even with all the rain yesterday. We can move the chairs out of the way to set up workshop tools to do projects outside now while staying in the shade. The simple set-up can be moved around depending on position of the sun. Easy to crank up, easy to tilt (didn't get a photo of that), and easy to tether shut with the Velcro straps. It replaces a long-time EXPENSIVE umbrella we had from a big-box hardware store. That umbrella ripped around the top and faded terribly because it was a stiped pattern. This one shouldn't do that. Cannot speak about whether heavy rain would seep through the fabric because, TBH, we don't expect to be out there if it's pouring rain. Will store easy because it can be disassembled and put back in the box or bundled & hung from a rafter in the shed over winter. My husband is good at covering items like this with plastic so they can stay dirt & dust free while in storage. I am ok with it. It was not terribly expensive so I don't expect miracles. But it is already serving its purpose well. Arrived quickly. Decent method of shade for a reasonable price.
