No side effects after 1 month of use... And reduced 1.5inch bellyfat in a month (1 hour weight training and half an hour of cardio for 5 days in a week for a month). Easy to use, taste is also good, but this is not a nessisity for fat burn, only what matters is your calorie intake at the end. You will notice hardly any difference in fat loss using this.

There's a horrible smell that emanates when you open the bottle. Like that of stale garbage. I could not finish it and had to throw most of the bottle away.
